Oracle Financials

It looks like I'm going to get involved in my company's implementation of Oracle Financials. The company chose Oracle over SAP and put together an implemenation team(s) over the past few months. The teams have been working on requirements, gap analysis and fully understanding what the new system can/can't do with respect to our requirements. So far it looks like the teams have been moving along at a respectable rate and I'm interested and can't wait to get involked.
