DataGeek and MSExcel '07...
DataGeek is staying late at the office tonight to learn about the "new" version of Excel installed here on his machine at his new shop.
While I'm very excited that Microsoft has added so many features in the newer versions of Excel, I'm concerned that allowing folks to create worksheets with more than 64,000 rows is going to work against many of the principles of managing data in a mature fashion. Once someone starts "playing with" or managing record sets as large as 64,000 records, they really should consider moving the data set over to a relational database.
Until next time...Rich
